How we plan, construct, build and maintain Canada’s infrastructure, energy resources and industry have and will continue to change rapidly as we respond to new technologies. And how we recruit, train and retain Canada’s skilled workforce continues to morph and progress to ensure our members have the skillset to build Canada’s net-zero economy and work on new technologies like hydrogen, small modular reactors, high-speed transit and more.
