Scaling High Rise Retrofits: Lessons Learned from North America's Largest Passive House Retrofit

Toronto based architects and high-rise retrofit experts Graeme Stewart and Ya’el Santopinto share new learnings about deep energy retrofits in large multi-unit residential buildings. The presentation will start with sharing a case study of one of their recent projects: North America’s largest Passive House retrofit, The Ken Soble Tower and will end with a discussion on systems-scale innovations that are needed to catalyze these kinds of projects nation-wide.
