SOFIAC: Innovative Financing for Energy Efficiency

La Société de financement et d’accompagnement en performance énergétique (SOFIAC) is an innovative private initiative of $200M that offers to finance 100% of energy efficiency and carbon emission reduction projects in the commercial, industrial and multi-residential sectors. It is the first mechanism to benefit from the Canadian Infrastructure bank financing to bundle such projects.
