The Art of Mentoring

Learn how the Toronto Community Benefits Network is supporting black, Indigenous and newcomer communities through their Nexgen Builder Mentorship program. With a focus on women and youth, they’re helping those who are in the process of preparing for work in the construction industry connect with mentors – setting the next generation of trades workers and professionals up for success.
