A look at the University of Toronto’s Sustainability Plans to Decarbonize
Webinar on April 30, 2021This session will start with a brief overview of Sustainable Buildings Canada’s Summer Boot Camp for graduate students focusing on high performance buildings. 2020 was the first year for the program which introduced 35 students to the basics of designing for high performance including through a hands – on design “Charrette” focusing on the University of Toronto’s new data science building.
The remainder of the session will dig deeper into the University’s plans to “de – carbonize” the downtown campus through a series of aggressive zero – carbon initiatives.
