REPORT
Energy Poverty, Housing and Vulnerability in CanadaEnergy poverty and housing vulnerability are critical issues affecting many Canadians. The lack of access to affordable, reliable, and modern energy services coupled with inadequate housing conditions can have severe consequences for individuals, families, and communities across the country.
While there is significant international literature and emerging Canadian literature on energy poverty and its impacts, the links between energy poverty and housing vulnerability are not well understood.
The goal of this literature review and annotated bibliography is to bring research on energy poverty and housing vulnerability into closer dialogue by exploring the intersection between these issues, particularly in the Canadian context.
