With decades of experience across Canada and globally, he has worked with governments, industry, academic institutions, Indigenous partners, and certification bodies to strengthen environmental performance and professional standards.
A long-standing contributor to ISO 14001 since its early development, Yogi brings both strategic perspective and hands-on expertise. He has led complex national and international initiatives and supported organizations in implementing and auditing environmental management systems. His approach bridges technical standards with real-world application, helping organizations translate evolving requirements into actionable results.

Sujay Sarkar
Sujay Sarkar is an energy and sustainability professional with over 15 years of experience in ESG strategy, climate risk, and decarbonization. As a Project Analyst at ECO Canada, he supports Canadian organizations in advancing their climate and sustainability goals through GHG accounting (Scopes 1–3), sustainability reporting, and the development of net‑zero and mitigation roadmaps.
He has led ESG and climate projects across India, the Middle East, and North America, and has contributed to national clean‑energy policy initiatives, including India’s long‑term energy transition vision. His expertise spans emissions baselining, climate risk assessment, corporate sustainability strategy, and decarbonization planning. Sujay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA in Oil & Gas Management, and is a PhD scholar in Climate Change & Ecological Studies. He also holds multiple global sustainability related credentials, including GRI Sustainability Professional, GARP SCR®, and is an SBTi‑certified expert.
