Agents of Change 2026
Bold Voices, Brave Spaces
Agents of Change is headed to Montreal, QC, May 13–14, 2026, for a powerful gathering dedicated to advancing fairness, representation and belonging in Canada’s electricity sector.
EHRC, in collaboration with Women in Renewal Energy (WiRE), is proud to bring the flagship event to life—equipping attendees with fresh ideas, practical tools and resources to better support underrepresented individuals within their organizations. Expect inspiring speakers, meaningful conversations and opportunities to connect with champions of inclusive workplaces from across the country.
Professional development with practical impact
Agents of Change is designed to build practical knowledge and leadership capacity for HR professionals, students and new graduates, company leaders and inclusion practitioners working in complex, evolving workplaces.
Through expert-led sessions, real-world case discussions and cross-sector perspectives, participants will deepen their understanding of equity, safety and inclusion in today’s organizational context—and leave with concrete ideas they can apply within their own policies, programs and teams.
This program has been approved for 6.58 CPD hours under Section A of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Log of the Human Resource Professionals Association (HRPA).
