Coleen Mahoney

Certification Coordinator, ECO Canada

Coleen has been with ECO Canada since January 2022, serving as Certification Coordinator. In her role, Coleen supports applicants throughout the certification process, helping them successfully navigate requirements and achieve their designations. With a background in environmental science and horticulture, Coleen brings valuable expertise to her work. She has extensive experience reviewing applications, applying policies and standards with rigor, and supporting both applicants and certification committees to ensure a fair and effective certification process.

 

 

Helen Crawley Bio

Team Lead Certification, ECO Canada

Helen has been with ECO Canada for 7 years.  Her primary role is to take care of ECO Canada’s EP membership, so she likes to describe herself as “the membership concierge”.  Helen’s background in pastoral care speaks to her excellent people skills as many are drawn in by her caring and bubbly personality.  She is a bit of a rock star amongst the membership as she is approachable, helpful and detail-oriented.  Many have complimented her on her fabulous and prompt customer service.  When they meet her in person, they feel they have a friend.
