Constructive Narratives for Heat Pump Adoption: Communicating the Transition to Low-Carbon Home Heating

Heat pumps are central to net-zero buildings, yet adoption remains uneven and often slowed by concerns about cost, reliability, and complexity. How can communication help bridge this gap? This webinar presents insights from the UsersTCP project on constructive narratives for home heat decarbonisation.
