From Opportunity to Scale: Transforming the Retrofit Market

This interactive workshop brings together practitioners and program developers to identify and advance the most promising opportunities for scaling building retrofits across the country. Rather than focusing on barriers, participants will explore where momentum already exists and where targeted interventions could unlock rapid, system-wide change. Through collaborative mapping, synthesis, and design exercises, the group will develop a set of high-impact “market-shaping opportunities” and align on a small number of actions that can accelerate the transition to retrofit as a mainstream, scalable solution.

• Identify 3–5 catalytic plays with real momentum
• Establish opportunities for ongoing collaborations to ensure ongoing coordination
