Information Session on Community Energy Specialist – Cohort I Career Training

Our information session is an opportunity to learn about the Community Energy Specialist – Cohort I Career Training offered FREE to Indigenous energy professionals in Ontario. In this 1-hour webinar, we will introduce the training objectives and provide a detailed overview of the learning components, including: A nine-part webinar series covering key topics in energy efficiency, project management, and Indigenous-led energy initiatives. Seven technical skills virtual classroom training courses, equipping you with industry-recognized expertise. Four project-sharing and networking sessions to connect with peers, industry experts, and community leaders. One year of mentorship and coaching with experienced Indigenous energy professionals to guide and support your learning journey. We will also discuss training schedule, eligibility requirements, key learning outcomes, certifications, and how to register. Who should attend: Indigenous energy professionals in Ontario with 1-5 years of experience in an energy-related role. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and meet the training leads who will be supporting you throughout the training.
