GTA North Webinar #2 I Regional Electricity Planning

Regional electricity planning has advanced for GTA North electrical region (York Region) to ensure a reliable supply of electricity, and support local growth initiatives and economic development. This region generally encompasses all the lower-tier municipalities located within York Region.

During the webinar the IESO will provide an overview of the regional electricity planning process, share the preliminary needs and options screening of wire and non-wire options, and seek your feedback.

All interested parties are invited and encouraged to participate including, but not limited to, local municipalities, Indigenous communities, businesses, stakeholders and members of the general public.
